“Your habits will determine your future.”

It is no surprise that habits are the key to wether you succeed in life or not. Ask any millionaire, or billionaire for that matter, and they will stress the importance of habits.

 

Wether you wake up early and get a good workout in, or sleep in and open up your phone as you wake up, these choices ultimately impact your life.

 

So what do they do anyways?

 

Lets find out.

Waking Up Early

“The early bird gets the worm”

Most of us would rather hit the snooze button, and sleep in most days, but not successful people. Have you ever heard of the saying, “The early bird gets the worm.”?

 

Well that is exactly what successful people do. They get work done as soon as they wake up in the early morning. They tackle their workouts, and do all the things that they need to do that day early.

 

Ask any successful people out there, and they will probably tell you that they wake up at 5 a.m (of course there are odd ones outs, but you get the point).

They tackle the hardest challenges in the morning and set up their day with victories to continue the momentum.

What you can do:

You don’t have to start waking up at 5:00 am tomorrow. Slowly wake up earlier by even a few minutes, so you can adapt.

 

For example, if you usually wake up at 7:30, slowly wake up at an earlier time, lets say 7:00.

Then slowly but surely, wake up earlier, to build that skill in. 

 

You also need to keep in mind that getting 7-8 hours of sleep the night before is crucial, as you don’t want to end up looking like a zombie when you wake up.
